I bring together skills from a career managing arts charities and working across the voluntary sector, with facilitation and coaching from an embodied perspective. I’m interested in how our embodiment changes the way we think creatively and how to maximise that as individuals and within teams and across communities. The quality of our inter-relationship with nature and place influences our values and how we choose to do our work in the world.

I began my career in community arts, working with marginalised groups and grassroots organisations dealing with often urgent and challenging social issues. Although my work has diversified into many other cultural areas (tourism, health and wellbeing, environmental arts), my heart is still in work that comes from and is about the lives of people and communities.

I love to help people take stock and reimagine how to move forward. I develop and deliver team and Board development days, offer coaching and mentoring, design and facilitate creative focus groups, as well as providing core services such as project set-up and management and undertaking research/audits.
