About This Event
Are you a musician, songwriter or band that wants to get more work and build your reputation as an artist? Do you want to discover ideas and techniques to help sell and promote your music, gigs and more? If so, then our Sales & Promotion for Musicians and Bands workshop is ideal for you.
Whether you are starting out, just do the local circuits, more of a composer rather than a performer, or wish to pursue a more professional career in music, we’ll help you find ways to get heard and booked for events.
This one day workshop for musicians and music makers will provide a whistle stop tour of all areas you should be thinking about when running a successful music practice.
During the sessions you will have the opportunity to share challenges and opportunities with other musicians and music makers.
You’ll get great ideas on how to maximise your online activity and receive loads of resources and advice to take home.
“Absolutely amazing. I learnt a great deal. Great handouts and toolkit, and having studied at university I know you should roll this out across the region” Nooray – Alternative R&B Artist & Composer

Contact us at Somerset Arts Business Cultural Alliance to submit a business inquiry.
I have been involved in many of SABCA’s events and cannot think of a better organisation to support the arts and culture sector in Somerset. It goes from strength to strength. The vast knowledge and business support that I have seen practiced in both digital and physical environments are second to none. It is one of the most essential sector support groups in Somerset as we have a lot of arts, culture and creativity here and I support all their work now and in the future.
